Pipeline Burial Services

Simultaneous lay/bury operations for subsea pipelines. The LANGOSTINO is a self propelled pipeline trenching machine designed to bury up to 48” pipeline down to 3’ below mudline. Multiple passes can achieve up to a 16’ trench while the machine uses it’s jetting capabilities to cut through the toughest clay. While cutting, the LANGOSTINO’s airlifts are used to lift the material away from the trench. The LANGOSTINO technology can be used as a stand-alone operation from lay barges, four-point vessels, liftboats and DP vessels. The LANGOSTINO has proven itself in the Gulf of Mexico as an efficient and economical means for burying any length of pipeline.
